Who We Are

Azarius Construction Consultancy Services Ltd. was registered as a legal business entity in Trinidad and Tobago in May 2019 and became a firm regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in September 2020. We pride ourselves in having a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and a Member of the Institute of Surveyors of Trinidad and Tobago as one of our Directors, Chartered Construction Manager and Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Our main goal is to bring improvement to the efficiency of the construction industry by providing our services. We also intend to transfer our skills, knowledge and methods to aspiring Quantity Surveyors, to help reduce the shortage of Chartered Quantity Surveyors in the industry.
